Women's Self Defense Clinic

A women's self defense clinic will be held in the Keystone High School Gymnasium on Wednesday, May 16th from 6:30-7:30pm.  This clinic is free and open to only women.  During the class the students will be taught defensive moves by the instructor Ian Carroll, a first degree black belt in Tang Soo Do and supervisor, a 6th degree black belt Gary Josefik.

Today's Reminder

The Caregivers' Support Group is a non-denominational Christian organization that meets monthly at the fellowship hall of the First United Methodist Church on Wood Street in Clarion.  Meetings are held at 3pm on the 2nd Sunday of each month.  There is no cost.  For more information call Barb at 226-8237, Ann at 297-2050 or the Church at 226-6660.
