Unusual Incident Prompts Arrest

An East Brady area man has been arrested in connection with the action he alledgedly took involving his 17-month-old son.     State Police say they have charged 24-year-old Joshua Maxwell Miller with assault and endangering the welfare of a child.      Miller is said to have placed tape over the eyes of his son and also taped  the child's hands behind his back.       The accused also took a  photo of the child with  a cell phone.     This incident took place at a location along Route Four-Thousand-Seven, in Sugarcreek Township, in northwestern Armstrong County.      Following his arrest, Miller was arraigned on the charges and was then lodged in the Armstrong County Prison, in lieu of bond.
